Before transitioning into her advisory role, Kristen served as a Senior Registered Client Associate, where she built strong client relationships and ensured that service needs were met with accuracy, care, and efficiency. Her earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager and Compliance Officer for Mascoma Wealth Management, as well as Teller and Lead Teller positions at Citizens Bank and Mascoma Bank. These roles provided her with a strong foundation in client service, operational excellence, and regulatory awareness; skills she continues to draw on in her advisory work today.
One of the biggest inspirations behind Kristen’s decision to become a financial advisor was the noticeable lack of women in the field. Throughout her career, she has seen first-hand how many clients, especially women, feel more comfortable discussing their financial lives with someone who truly understands their experiences and perspectives. She also became increasingly aware of how often women’s voices were missing from financial conversations, despite the essential role they play in managing households, building careers, and planning for the future. Stepping into the advisor role gives her the opportunity to help change that. She’s committed to creating a welcoming, judgment‑free space where women feel empowered to engage confidently with their finances and where their perspectives are valued. That sense of purpose continues to guide the way she supports and advocates for her clients every day.
A lifelong resident of the Upper Valley, Kristen enjoys the strong sense of community the region offers and loves raising her family where she grew up. She and her husband live in Wilder with their two children and French Bulldog, Pepper. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with family and friends, decorating intricate sugar cookies, and diving into a variety of creative crafts. She also loves a good puzzle and a good book, both of which give her a chance to unwind and recharge.
